Great time and delicious food - and all vegan! It was so nice to have an entire Korean meal that I could eat and cooked myself. Learned to cook several dishes, and learned a lot about Korea while doing so.

I really enjoyed this workshop. The food was delicious. The class was hosted by Soomin, who was very friendly, explained everything clearly with step by step insturctions, told us a lot about the ingredients and traditions, and gave us some useful tips on vegan food in Seoul.

This class was the perfect introduction to Korean cooking whether you are a vegan, vegetarian or meat eater. Soomin was a great instructor, taking the time to explain ingredients and processes while guiding us smoothly through the cooking (and eating!). We learned lots about Korean cooking and culture, and if you're interested in Korean food but don't speak Korean, this is the perfect way to learn more about ingredients and cooking techniques which you can then use at home. We ended up with four delicious dishes which we really enjoyed.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Soomin is a very warm hearted and nice host! We had such a great time together! It wasn’t easy for me to find vegan food in Seoul and thanx to Soomin I had a perfect dinner and last evening in Seoul. We made a whole menu together and it was really easy to follow her instructions. Easy and fun and I also learned a lot about traditional cooking in Korea. She was really well prepared and could tell me a lot about korean traditions. I think this workshop is a must do for all vegans, vegetarians and also meat eater! Maybe also good to know: it was the best menu I had in Seoul and you have to try her self made rice syrups!!! Soomin, I hope to see you in cologne next time, so that I can be also a great host to you! Thank you!

A wonderful small, hands on class! I really enjoyed the range of food created and the chance to learn about different ingredients. Bring a box for left overs or skip breakfast and go hungry!
