Please note that if you take the 14:00 (2 pm) tour, Correr Museum will be closed before your tour finishes. Therefore, you will have Correr tickets for the next day.
Please note that carrying any type of weapon or sharp objects, such as a knife, is not allowed for this tour.
Clients must arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the tour. This is due to the timed entry of the tickets.
Please be advised that it is not possible to join the tour after it has commenced.
If you choose the optional gondola ride, your guide will lead you to the pier at the end of the Doge’s Palace tour.
Please note that the gondola ride is shared with other participants from your tour, just like it’s always been in Venetian tradition.
Each gondola accommodates up to 5 guests. If your group is larger, you’ll be placed on separate gondolas.
Sites visited during this tour are subject to occasional closures due to holy observances, high tides, and flooding. If a site closes, your guide will tour the exterior of the site. If time permits, you will be contacted before your tour. For last-minute closures, modifications may be communicated at the tour start time.
Tips/gratuities (for your guide) are always appreciated.

2.00Advertised as 10:00-12:30pm, the tour runs 3 hours 10:00-1:00p. We didn't know this prior as it is advertised wrong and therefore booked it when we needed to be on our ship tender for 12:45 that is a 12 minute walk from the gondola ride. We asked for a refund and to not go prior to starting due to not being able to make the gondola ride she said ran 12:30-1 normally and were told no by our tour guide. She told us she would attempt to go faster on the tour for the gondola ride to be 12-12:30 however unfortunately it did not start promptly at 12:30 and therefore we couldn't go. Our tour guide then was very rude and told us infront of other people on the tour we would probably write a bad review. No rude review, we just wanted to be refunded for the gondola portion that we could not do due to incorrect advertising of tour times here and Viator notified us that the tour guide reported the gondola ride started right at 12:00 which it did not. Would not book again - would recommend buying Doge's palace tickets and going on your own to see it or skip the line tickets if possible. We spent 90% of our time in Venice on this and were not treated very kindly when we were kind in return which was unfortunate. Just want the next person to know the times so that this too does not happen to them.

5.00The tour of the DOGE museum tour was so good! Informative, helpful, and kept us entertained. We enjoyed her tremendously. The gondola ride was not great- but we managed to enjoy it with our friends!

5.00This was fantastic! Our guide was energetic and knowledgeable. She really made the tour exceptional. We always find that historical sites are better with a guide unless you are willing to understand the relevant history before you go. This place is pretty spectacular!
