Rosa and her team were beyond explanation and expectations! We were welcomed in as family and left feeling like that. The food you make is so flavorful and yet simple enough to repeat at home. We left knowing we had a knowledge of how to make and adapt recipes that we will share with all our loved ones in the USA!!!

Rosa is amazing. We had so much fun last night. I am not a good cook but she helped us every step of the way. I learned so much. Our ravioli and pasta dishes were so good. I highly recommend this. We took a water taxi to get there in her home.

Its experience is so much fun. We took a water taxi from the hotel to get there, which made it very easy. Rosa is wonderful. She helps you through each dish step-by-step, and explains the process. We went for dinner and booked the whole experience so we made ravioli., pesto pasta and pasta with sauce. Then Tiramisu for desert. We also left with a bunch of her recipes that she shared. We are from the states and we met a nice family from Scotland that was cooking with us. It was one of our favorite all-time things that we have done in Italy.

This was probably the best thing we did on our whole trip. Rosa is amazing and we lucked out as it was just the four of us. We had so much fun learning about the foods we were going to prepare as well as the whole process of making everything and then enjoying a great meal.

It’s a great time for any level of cooking experience. The magic is in the journey not the meal, but the meal itself is exemplary.

If you like to cook, this experience is an absolute must do. Even if you don't cook, it's still fun. Rosa has a delightful personality and is a fabulos teacher and host. It was both a fun experience and the food was wonderful and authentic. Her assistant was also very hospitable and helpful.

It was a great experience highly recommend would’ve been nearly perfect had he offered coffee since it began at 10 AM showing us the way Italians drink their coffee. he was cleaning it when we arrived and I thought perfect as we ran for nearly 20 minutes in the rain to make sure we didn’t miss it. Would’ve been a great start. Was advertised wine offered during class, had hoped for red wine 🍷during the event and possibly recipes written down to take with us would’ve been an added bonus, but it was an amazing experience!!!Lorenzo was fantastic. Highly recommend to all, well worth it. Great food great memory with my sister. Thank you.😁

I had pretty high expectations of a cooking class in Italy. But Rosa’s passion for food and people surpassed every notion of how food is best when shared with family and good friends. We bonded quickly with people we never knew before and coalesced into friends around a melding of flavors that was like a party in every bite; Rosa became family with the utterance of her first greeting in broken English. Don’t miss the chance to experience this savory tour of Venice where you are as vital a part of its success as the other ingredients in her kitchen.

The highlight of our trip! Rosa and her assistant were so amazing. Friendly and delightful! The dishes she made were delicious. She taught us so many Italian secrets and made incredible food for us and let us make it with her.
