5.00Smooth & efficient. Carmine Luca met us at airport just outside the arrivals & took bags to van parked on street just outside terminal & nice drive to water taxi who loaded bags & us for quiet & quick ride to hotel. It was night do not a beautiful view for photos but lovely for mind to enjoy lack of crowds. All was perfect.

5.00I arranged this pickup to assist with transporting myself (a first-time visitor to Venice) and my 93-year-old grandmother who utilizes a walker. The pick-up was a breeze. The driver communicated he was in place and had a highly-visible sign to help me identify him. The van ride was smooth and the condition was impeccable. The driver handed us off to the boat captain. They were both very patient with our cautious pace. There were no issues managing the amount of large luggage and the walker in the van or on the boat. We felt safe, attended to, and cared for.

5.00Perfect! Driver was waiting with our name on a sign immediately after exiting. Straight from the luxurious Mercedes van, to the private water taxi, which dropped us off right at our hotel. Was such an amazing experience and exactly what we needed after a long day of travel from the US.

3.00Driver was on time very nice and profiessional, but we did not get what we paid for. The tour operator understood we paid more than we should, so offered to make it up with a one way "boat ride" at a time that was not convenient for our plans. We simply should have been offered a credit for the difference . I would not recommend booking transportation through Viator. I have 2 examples in one trip that were poorly dispatched, extremely over priced and nobody will take responsibility for their short comings.
