Easy to find driver. Pleasant and roomy transportation by vehicle boat beware low head clearance driver quiet but got us to hotel promptly

Driver was on time very nice and profiessional, but we did not get what we paid for. The tour operator understood we paid more than we should, so offered to make it up with a one way "boat ride" at a time that was not convenient for our plans. We simply should have been offered a credit for the difference . I would not recommend booking transportation through Viator. I have 2 examples in one trip that were poorly dispatched, extremely over priced and nobody will take responsibility for their short comings.

This service is definitely worth the $$ especially if you have several pieces of luggage. Capt Mirko and Marcello are a great team to transfer between the city and the airport smoothly. Communication through WhatsApp was timely and clear. . Highly recommend.

We had booked the connection from the Venice airport to our hotel. The guide waited for us for over an hour due to our bags being lost but was extremely adaptable and kind.

This service was great! We were greeted outside of baggage claim with a gentleman holding a sign with our name. We were then driven to Venice and the private boat ride was about 15 min to our hotel. We thought the private boat ride was from the airport, but that wasn’t the case. It was still amazing!
