4.00Beautiful church. It was easy to get inside with the guide. The terrace and access to Pala d’Oro is not included in the entrance. You can buy it inside with a QR-code, but the WiFi connection is so bad it took a solid 20 minutes to get the tickets. I would recommend to buy it before you go inside.

1.00This was a waste of time and money. Better to book a ticket directly via the website- half the price and avoids spending time hanging around waiting for the rep to show up and organise entry. We live and learn.
Not that great of an audio guide and limited access to other areas of the bascilica.

3.00The bascilia is beauitful, but the audio guide was not great. It was difficult to see the areas that the guide was describing. Also, it was very crowded and not easy to just stand there and listen. Make sure you bring earbuds or headphones to connect to your phone! It may have been easier to just ask for details with ChatGPT. There are also areas that could not be visited with this tour like the museum with the four horses. I think a tour with all areas and perhaps a tour guide with earbud audio would be better.

1.00I accidentally bought this ticket for the wrong day. But you can get a refund if requested 24 hours in advance, which I did. They hemmed and hawed (although they did respond) until 24 hours passed. No refund - time expired.

5.00Always get to the location 30 mins before to ensure you have correct meeting location. Then get coffee without the stress. (Don’t forget your headphones.) Also when taking photos of the roof, put into selfie mode, hold out flat in front and direct towards roof. Easier on the neck.

2.00Ok we did enter St Marks on time. That’s where the “magic” ends. We were provided really vague instructions where to find them at St Marks Square. We were told to follow a very short guide (who had no flag) through the crowds. We were offered an audio guide app for the Basilica but no instructions or codes to use it, so we did not. Bottom line - minimum, sketchy service.
