1.00I accidentally bought this ticket for the wrong day. But you can get a refund if requested 24 hours in advance, which I did. They hemmed and hawed (although they did respond) until 24 hours passed. No refund - time expired.

5.00Always get to the location 30 mins before to ensure you have correct meeting location. Then get coffee without the stress. (Don’t forget your headphones.) Also when taking photos of the roof, put into selfie mode, hold out flat in front and direct towards roof. Easier on the neck.

2.00Ok we did enter St Marks on time. That’s where the “magic” ends. We were provided really vague instructions where to find them at St Marks Square. We were told to follow a very short guide (who had no flag) through the crowds. We were offered an audio guide app for the Basilica but no instructions or codes to use it, so we did not. Bottom line - minimum, sketchy service.
