5.00St Marks Basillica is not to be missed! Take your time! There is an extra fee for seeing the golden altar ? so we missed that.

4.00Know what you want to see before you book your tickets. For what we paid, we wrongly assumed our tickets included the museum. This was not the operator’s fault and falls squarely on our shoulders. Had we planned in advance, we could have saved money and a bit of heartache in not having the opportunity to visit the museum. That said, the process was very clear… when looking for the meeting place, which is clearly described by the operator, trust Google maps, not the staff at the cathedral; we had three different people send us from one end of the square to another before turning to Google. If you fail to secure tickets and find the Cathedral “sold out”, this is a fair option.

5.00Our host was on time and checked us in with no problem. It was worth it to skip the line and have access to the museum and portico. The audio was good, although once inside, the subjects of the first 2 recordings were being restored and could not be seen. It was confusing until we figured it out.

1.00Too many things to download before hand. And then you need your own listening devices for the audio portion. You should be able to purchase your tickets and have them sent to your phone without having to meet a person and wait twenty minutes to talk to them and still not have your tickets. Totally ridiculous!!!!
