2.00We had a hard time for the ticket, downloading the audio guide... and frankly nothing beats a real guide! The girl who received us was very kind and helpful, she did everything to allow us to visit. Fortunately the basilica is wonderful and worth a visit.

3.00The audioguide doesn’t correspond with the actual visit. The staff is nice and cheerful. The ticket only gives access to half of the first floor of the Bzsilica San Marco: the Pala d’Oro and the Logia is not included. It should be made clear ahead of buting the ticket.

1.00Scam. I paid $26 for a ticket. When I was given the ticket it said 12 Euro. The so-called guide took us to the entrance and left. We had no idea what we were seeing. We could not go upstairs or into the back.

2.00Having come to Venice many times, the visit to St Mark's Basilica was an enchantment. This time what a disappointment, a little minimalist trick and that's all. To access the museum and the loggia, you have to pay even more on site and with an application (QR Code) that works very poorly (the network goes very badly from the basilica) it takes 1 crazy time. In short, we will not go back under these conditions.

1.00Paid for both ST Marco and Doge's palace, only received St Marco. I triple checked to ensure that was the option picked. When talking with the guides the only option they gave me was to ask the info point, the info point then referred me back to the agents. I set my plans around these tickets and had to buy an additional ticket to get into Doges palace. I recommend them for St. Marco but would never do a combo purchase with them again

3.00The meeting point was easy but the contact was not right beside the flag. I had to download the app and discovered they had messaged me the prior day. It would have been nice to have downloaded the app back at the hotel. The guide led us into the church but we had already missed several sections of the audio guide. Also several sections of the church were not accessible.
