Very nice activity with some areas for improvement

4.00The activity was very good. Small catches: the meeting point given when booking did not correspond to the actual meeting point. Fortunately the guides looked for us. In addition, we were supposed to return to the meeting point on the way back when we were dropped off a kilometer away in an unknown corner. Finally, we would have taken an extra hour to visit the castle and gardens.
Do not book, waste of money and time

1.00Do not book this. you are basically paying for transportation We were picked up late, than dropped at the gate and left on your own. You still need to line up everywhere. I got no help at all from staff and was given a audio guise in chinese Basically you can just buy your own tickets and catch a bus, train or uber and there is no need for this so called tour We didnt have enough time to look and was pressed for time to get the bus back because we arrived late. Some people missed the bus We had to rush to be able to see everything in 4 hours and no time to eat Huge waste of money!!!!
Good tour but couldn't understand the tour guide.

Even though it was very well organised and covered all of the key items at the Louvre, because I speak English and the tour guide had a very heavy Japanese accent which, when combined with all the background noise, made it virtually impossible to understand a word she said, so quite disappointing.
Beautiful but patience is key.

4.00Versailles is beautiful but so crowded. The bus picked up late and dropped off in the wrong location because of traffic. Clean bus. The staff was very nice and we were able to skip the line.
