Had a really enjoyable tour of the V&A Museum with Kathy. She was friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly knew her stuff. She pointed out some interesting details I would’ve missed on my own, and kept things engaging without going overboard. A nice way to explore the museum if you want a bit more context and a relaxed pace.

I had a wonderful experience on the private tour of the Victoria and Albert Museum. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable and had a real passion for the art, design, and fashion collections. They communicated everything clearly and made the history behind the pieces feel engaging and accessible. I really appreciated how they tailored the tour to our interests and took the time to answer questions in a thoughtful, easy-to-understand way. I came away having learned a lot and genuinely enjoyed it.

This V&A tour provided an exceptional experience into the museum’s most iconic treasures... from the majestic hall of the Raphael Cartoons to the provocative Tipu’s Tiger. The guide masterfully blended historical context, and artistic insight, bringing centuries of creativity to life. With lively anecdotes, and clear explanations, the tour guide connected individual objects to broader global histories, from imperial politics to Renaissance innovation. A rich, engaging experience that left me seeing the world through the highlights of the V&A's vast collection.

Fabulous tour of the V&A. Kathy was a wonderful guide. She was able to show us the best of this massive museum, and make it approachable and interesting. She was great at explaining how various objects fit together, their place in history, why they were included in the museum. We left the tour with a new understanding of British history, industry, fine and decorative arts. I strongly recommend touring the V&A with Kathy. She brought the museum to life for us and our time with her flew by quickly. Definitely a fabulous tour!

Our tour guide, Kathy, truly brought the V&A to life for our family. She asked in advance about what might interest our children and made sure we saw those elements in the exhibitions. We really enjoyed our time in her company and would highly recommend her to others.

Very disappointed. It was a last-minute booking (the day before), but the tour operator cancelled at 5 mins past midnight on the tour day. We turned up on time and only when we checked emails did we see the cancellation. It's not great communication. We now have to wait 5-7 days for a refund. Not impressed
