  • Pretty boring and too pricey for the experience. Not sure what was VIP

I rarely leave negative reviews, but the price is too much not to let others know. We’ve done tastings across the world and were very excited to visit Champagne. Not what we expected from a “VIP” tour… or any wine tasting for that matter. We were pretty bored the entire time and the energy was incredibly low all day. We didn’t know where we were going most of the day once the wine tasting started and pours were disappointing. We had 3x the amount of wine on a Seine river cruise for 1/3 the price (in 2 hours) with the same quality. Not worth the long day, stay in Paris. Would not recommend.

Thelma was a fantastic guide, she made the experience very fun for my daughter and I, the group is small so it felt like a vip experience.

Good experience! I loved learning about the champagne region, touring the vineyards, watching how the bottles are made, and best part of the experience of course - tasting the champagne!

I wanted to give my husband a treat during our quick trip to Paris and seeing and tasting a little of the Champagne region was perfect! We ate local, tasted several different champagnes, saw the grapes on the vine and the gorgeous country-side! We also leaned so much about the history and the processes used that we felt so much more knowledgeable by the end of the day. Our host was so inclusive, great at sharing her well researched understandings and just plain fun. It was a great day!

Our tour guide was great. The bus was very nice and new although a bit cramped for the taller people in our group. We slept most of the way to Champagne but stopped for coffee and croissants. Our first stop was fascinating. Great tour and tastings. We then drove to the downtown which was lovely to walk through. Had lunch at a wonderful little spot with more champagne and then stopped at some vineyards to walk along the grapes. Our second champagne house was small and unique with a beautiful cellar and delicious champagnes. Overall a great experience. Would highly recommend!
