So much fun! I loved the tour of the markets and the sampling of Tuscan produce. There was a great group of participants and Chef Jon was very likeable and knowledgable. I will definitely be using all of the recipes again and again and highly recommend this experience.

We are so glad that we booked this small group class (9 people) . We had Chef Tommaso, he was excellent!! He kept the group involved and kept us entertained. His assistant was also excellent, ensuring all the needed supplies were available and our work area clean. I would highly recommend this class, it started at 9am and ended at 2pm and we all walked out with a full belly, from our day of cooking.

We had a great time cooking with the Kids. Liza taught us how to make pizza and gelato. The class is about 2.5 hours and she was very knowledgeable and friendly. She included the kids in the cooking and the kids loved it. Would really recommend for something different in Florence.
