Learn the art of Tuscan cooking on this 5 hour market visit and cooking class in Florence. Led by local chefs, visit Florence’s Central Market to choose fresh ingredients and then prepare a classic Tuscan lunch in the cooking school kitchen. Create dishes such as ‘bruschetta’ (tomato-topped grilled bread) and homemade pasta and dessert watched by your chefs, and savor your meal with your fellow cooks and unlimited glasses of Chianti wine before receiving a diploma and recipe booklet.
Numbers are limited to 20 for this small-group class to ensure a personalized experience.

Please note that when Florence Central Market is closed (on Sundays and bank holidays), the market visit will be replaced by a special introduction and extra tastings at the cooking class school

What To Expect
You will go shopping with the chefs at the central market, picking up the ingredients for your lunch. You will attend at a Cooking Masterclass by a famous local Chef in a fascinating kitchen in Florence and then you will obviously eat the meal you prepared yourself, accompanied with two glasses of a selection of Chianti wine

4.00Great cooking class with anicoló. The only downside was the guy who greeted us (Jon) who was impolite, we came in early as specified by the instructions, he could've been nice in saying they're not ready to host us yet but he chose the rude way, his colleagues were extremely nice and kind and dealt with the matter professionally. Otherwise everything was great.

5.00What an incredible experience to learn to cook pasta and make gelato in Italy. Our chefs Frederico and Niccolo were great. They made sure we knew what we were doing step by step and kept the class interesting and engaged. At the end they offered a free photo of your group with a QR code to a recipe booklet that had the recipes for the dishes we made as well as a couple of other ones. If I could give this review a 10 I would. Highly highly recommend!

5.00Excellent chefs (Alice and Roberta) helped us cook two different pastas (ricotta ravioli, and tagliatelle), two sauces (tomato and basil, and pesto), a delicious vanilla gelato. Food was great (better than some restaurants we attended!), chefs were knowledgeable - great night and great fun!
