The whole experience, including transportation, takes approximately 7.5- 8 hours (subject to traffic conditions); the studio tour itself lasts 4 hours.
A variety of special effects (including sudden loud effects and strobe lighting) may be used in certain areas within the tour.
Check-in is 30 minutes prior to the booked tour start time.

5.00Private transport, on time pick up both ways. Lovely driver Edmund. Spotless, comfortable car. Harry Potter tour , can only say was immense. You need 5 hours We were asked for passport for ticket pick up , didn’t have it with me but they took other photo ID

5.00The transport was correct, punctual and relatively clean. Welcoming was done by a very nice gentleman, the entrance to the studios was without any difficulty. Visiting the studios was a wonderful experience.

5.00Bus ride was clean and safe! They played the Harry Potter movie on the way there and on the way back- my only piece of advice is to bring a pair of headphones that can plug into the tv they don’t provide any headphones so you can’t hear the movie otherwise! Harry Potter studios tour is incredible if you’re a Harry Potter fan! Def recommend this!! We loved it!

3.00We were so late with the studio tour tickets that we had to buy them from the tour operator. The price included bus transportation and admission to the studios. + Friendly service + The schedules were well planned - The seat belts on both buses (different buses) were broken in many seats. The driver announced that everyone had to fasten their seat belts for safety and liability reasons. It was just not possible. We changed seats several times so that even the children had working seat belts. - The Harry Potter movie shown on the trip only worked for part of the way, after which the screen froze. We toured the studio so that we would have been able to catch one return bus earlier, but there was no information anywhere about whether the return trip could be changed to an earlier one if there was space on the bus.

5.00This experience is a true must for any Harry Potter fan. The bus brings you right to the front doors of Warner Bros Studio and I couldn’t have been happier with the tour itself. Warner Bros Studio has everything Harry Potter and it was magical to be able to see all the props and sets from the actual movies themselves.

4.00We had a private transfer from the hotel to the Harry Potter studio. The chauffeur was great and contacted in advance by phone. It worked great! On the return trip, unfortunately, the chauffeur was changed from the headquarters. Too bad we didn't know that and weren't informed. The new chazffeur was unfortunately a bit unfriendly and did not exchange a word the more than 1 hour long drive. All in all was super organized.

5.00An amazing, well-organized tour! The Golden Tours private taxis were clean, comfortable, and on time. The Warner Bros. Studio Tour was magical. We love all the props and interactive shows with the Death Eaters. Our family really enjoyed walking through the sets which made us feel young and alive again. A must-do for any Harry Potter fan visiting London!

5.00Good bus ride. Could buy audio tour once we got there but honestly I wish we hadn't -- there is soooooo much to see/listen/do while you are there. It's almost info overload. If you just explore the sets on your own (and read the info posted), you learn everything you need.

5.00Magical experience with several behind the scenes tours. A must-do for all Potter-heads. The transit and admissions experience was very smooth, in spite of it being the weekend. Just to manage expectations - this is a tour, not an adventure park with rides, etc.
