Westminster Abbey is a must see! The abbey was packed with people, but everyone seemed to have spatial awareness and not bumping into each other or pushing to move along. The audio guide was invaluable and informative. I highly recommend this tour.

Very nice experience. Information over the headsets was very good. The Abbey itself is worth the tour.

Refused admission after 2 attempts as the ricket was considered a "thitd party ticket" so directed to the end of a very long waiting line. Gave up as wait too long.

Can be crowded. But guides are very knowledgeable and friendly. Did not use the audio guide as it is better to look up and experience the building.
