What To Expect
Shute Harbour
As we fly over Shute Harbour, the gateway to The Whitsundays, you'll be likely to see a ferry or two on their way out to the islands. Additionally, you'll see some of the smaller reefs, such as Shute Reef, and White Rock Reef
Long Island
As we leave the mainland, we'll first fly past the north tip of Long Island. Long Island, at 9km in length and only 400m at it widest point, is the closest Island to the Australian Mainland of the Whitsunday Group. Long Island is home to expansive fringing coral reefs and secluded bays.

5.00Our original flight time would have put us in the air in the clouds and rain. Justin was flexible and delayed our start time until the weather was gorgeous for our flight. Justin was a great pilot. For my first time in a helicopter, I felt very safe and the ride was very tame. He was knowledgeable about the sites we were seeing and shared this information with us. The scenery was just AMAZING! the trip was expensive for our budget, but it was absolutely worth it. Tip- put your best photographer in the front seat where the views are most expansive.

5.00Justin was the most perfect host for this well wow experience. He picked us up from.the cruiseport and took us to the airport. He filled us with confidence as we flew over the most amazing views I have scene. We landed on the beach and enjoyed a lovely picnic on a virtually empty whitehaven beach. This was a once in a lifetime and I am so glad it was with Justin. Thank you
