Fanily owned winery, where wine is produced since three generation. You can taste 5 kind of wines, see the cellars, and having a Hungarian coldplate with ham salami, cheese and more.
Etyek
Etyek officially the youngest wineregion of Hungary, close to Budapest, though people make wine here since 1000 years. Some of the grapes serves the nearby sparkling wine factory, Törley. In Etyek most famous event is the Etyek picnic and the Jazz and Wine festival. There are more wineries, when you can buy a bottle or taste a glass.

5.00Absolutely amazing to travel and visit this family's winery. The winery has been in the family for many of generations, To be able to look though the cellar with hundreds of year old wine. You will never get to do this in your lifetime. We tried many different local wines all made here at the winery. The owners of the winery were very friendly, the tour guide company was also friendly giving us history lessons as we drove to the winery. It's a short 40min drive once you get out of the busy city of Budapest, would highly recommend this tour, and money well worth spent.
