What a fun class, Angela was a great teacher and really fun, in our group people of all ages! I can’t wait to get home to the US to remake all of what we made! If you want to do something easy a fun i recommend this class

Really great cooking class where we learned exactly how to make Xiao long bao, beef noodle soup, bubble tea, and cucumber salad. The majority of the class is spent on the Xiao long bao, where you'll let to use your "lady fingers" to make exquisite tasting but mediocre looking (because it's your first time making them) xiao long bao. You really don't need any cooking experience to enjoy this class and I would definitely recommend it if you're going to be in Taiwan!

Angela was an amazing teacher. She was super helpful and patient, and showed us different techniques if we struggled (especially when folding the xialongbaos). At the end of the class we also got a cookbook with our picture on it so that we could try to recreate the dishes at home.

What an INCREDIBLE experience in Taipei. I have taken cooking classes all over the world and this is hands down the absolute best I have ever experienced. Thorough, professional, informative, and FUN. I actually feel confident that I can make bao at home now, too! Lydia was an amazing, fun instructor. The personalized cook book at the end was a real treat. All in all, just an awesome experience!

Lydia was great in teaching several dishes as well as hie to make Boba tea. Informative and entertaining. Meeting other travelers is also a plus.
