Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald were beautiful! Not enough time even though we left at 8am. Interlaken was the last stop but didn't see much there which was a bit disappointing and we only had less than an hour stay.

This experience was so much fun, are guides were Milton, alexander, and sasha. We went to such amazing places and had the perfect amount of time in each of them. They even take you to a super beautiful waterfall.

We unfortunately didn’t do the tour. There was a landslide ahead and we eventually had to turn back after about an hour wait in traffic. Thankfully we were all safe. On the way back the bus broke down causing another two hour delay until a bus could fetch us. We were given the option to tour Lucerne or go back to Zurich. Monica is a great tour guide and it’s a pity that this tour wasn’t possible that day. Rebooking and refunds were offered.

The tour leader was not on time at the beginning, arriving later than scheduled, but demanded that we be on time and rushed during the trip. The driver was unfriendly and gave no explanation when the tour leader was late. The group was too big, and the time at each place was too short.
