Excellent experience. Those on limited time should take this tour. Great and informative city tour by coach followed by a short, easy walking tour, a nice half hour lake cruise then a tour of the Lindt chocolate factory- what’s not to love! Travel back with the guide via bus and tram or on your under your own steam with the travel pass included in the price of the ticket. A great tour!

Promised a lot and delivered very little for the cost. The guide was nice enough, but too much time.e on the bus in traffic. Walk around old town was minimal. She said she need 45 mins and only had 15!. The cruise which was advertised as half an hour was barely 20 mins. We got to Lindt factory and given tickets and told she would be at entrance in an hour! Suggested we might need longer, as long as we liked, but to make our own way back wirh a transport ticket. Instructions were not clear. The lindt experience was lovely. And interesting. Not quite as much chocolate as you could eat, but I did get a few. Recommend you buy your own tickets, get a transport pass for a few francs and a boat trip. Would have saved us a couple of hundred francs!!

A 5.5 hour trip with few bathroom breaks, no opportunity for refreshments and no individual hearing devices so that if you are in the back of the group you do not hear any information despite the tour guide gave a small speaker device. Also young children permitted which made listening in the bus also difficult. Lindt museum does not allow backpacks with caused delays too.
Definitely worth the time!

The tour was very expensive. The walking tour consisted of standing in one place listening to the tour director talk. She was not informed about the city. You should go to Lindt on your own and skip this tour. I have taken countless tours with Viator, this is the only one that did not deliver a high quality product
