  Absolutely incredible experience. The small group means that you get a real feel for the countryside and can get to know your riders and fellow travellers really well. The scenery is breathtaking and just keeps on delivering ‘wow’ moments. The food was great and the accommodation really good too. Our group leader was Thăng and he was brilliant - he looked after us so well. I’m a big guy - 6’3” and 110kg and comfortably over 50 - but he didn’t flinch despite being half my size! So don’t think you’ve got to be a super fit 20-something - you need to be in reasonable shape and prepared to have a go. It’s so worth it.

  I had an amazing time with the Hoan Kim hotel group. Our drivers were all very friendly and the lead guide, Rainbow, was cheerful throughout and always provided a clear explanation of the itinerary and interesting facts about the attractions we visited. The stops were well spaced out and the scenery was ofcourse beautiful. I’d highly recommend this 4 day tour to other travelers!

  I didn't know what to expect when I booked this tour, it was remarkably well priced and I didn't know how comfortable a tadem bike ride would be as a 6'4 man... but boy I was pleasantly surprised. The trip is well planned, the bikes are comfortable and the drivers are awesome. Shout out to Hoc and Dong who are amazing guides. I think anybody who enjoys great views, great food and great laughs would dig this trip.

  Me and my travel buddy went to the four day Ha Giang Loop Tour. During the Tour, we had a lot of breathtaking views. Our tour guide Cat knew all the good spots and even gave us some interesting aditional information about the places we visited. Even tho the tour was about seeing the landscape, one of the best things about the tour was the food. We got a nice insight into traditional Vietnamese food. There is only one small thing, I can complain about: The Information at Viator booking site about the timing of departure and the fakt, that I didn't find the option to drive the bike myselfe, were a litle confusing. On the other hand was the support verry helpful and tried to answer all of my questions. I was even allowed to drive the bike myselfe althought I booked it wrong. Remind: To drive yourselfe, you need an international Motorbike license. All in all the tour was great and I can recommend it to everybody who wants to see the beautyfull landscape of Ha Giang.

• Rode without a group due to not having International Driving license

  My experience is a bit unique as I wanted to ride the bike myself, but I didn't realize that to ride solo you needed an international drivers license. The day of I realized this and Tuan was very acommodating, dedicating his time to make sure I was ready to ride solo. However, he told me that I would have to ride separate from the group because of this, so I ended up just riding alone with my guide, who was very nice but did not speak English. This was a really bad experience because the social part of the Ha Giang loop is a highlight for almost everyone, yet I had the opposite and was quite lonely because of it. When tuan told me I was going to ride separate from the group, I thought that meant that while I would ride solo, I would still stay in the same places at night to have a social experience. I still don't understand why that wasn't the case. It seemed completely unnecessary for me not to stay with the group. Perhaps no one else signed up for the tour and the riding solo thing was just an excuse? I'm not sure. To make matters worse, I spoke to a lot of other travelers and found out that many of them were able to ride solo without an international drivers license, and still ride with a group. Also, I think that 4 days is too long. In the extra day we didn't do anything worth doing in my opinion, but maybe that was just less fun because of the awkwardness of my situation. To summarize, while I do appreciate Tuan trying to accomodate me, the experience was much less fun than if I was with a different tour. If you are a potential customer reading this, understand that this might not apply to you as my situation was unique, so give him a chance! I just wanted to document my experience. My advice to Tuan is, mention in the description of this tour that you need an international drivers license to ride solo so that there are no surprises for customers. Also, try to do everything you can to avoid your customers riding without a group, because it was much less fun due to that.
