Discover how the “Angel of Stairwell B” helped save a team of firefighters and the miracle of the “911 Surfer”, who rode down with 88 stories of imploding debris.

Finishing at the Memorial Plaza, you'll learn how the new World Trade Center Complex was designed and constructed. This is the definitive Ground Zero experience. Skip the Ticket Line access into the Official September 11th Museum is included, all guests must still check through security. The museum is a self-guided experience.

The Oculus

The experience starts at the Starbucks across the street from the Oculus, the most expensive subway hub in the world. The tour also introduces FDNY Captain John Jonas and his team "the Dragon Fighters."

This was a walking tour before entering the museum highlighting areas around the original site incubi as an inside to look, things we would unlikely never hear about or read about in a book. Our guide was informative, professional, and patient with us seniors.

Patti or Patty was nothing but amazing. We had one of the best times in New York City because she gave an experience we will never forget. Her knowledge of 911 is absolutely amazing and her experience in what happened that day brought emotions. Your can really feel what those people went through that day. Ben was a great guide. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The tour was very moving and interesting. It was shocking to actually see the area that was destroyed and far more importantly how many innocent people that lost their lives. The firefighters were all such heroes.
Don’t leave NYC without doing this tour.

Our tour guide Tony was knowledgeable and conducted the tour at a good pace. It was nice to hear his personal experience of living close to the events of 911 as well as the rebuilding. My only criticism is that there were 26 people in our group and I thought that was too many for a walking tour.

Kevin is one of the best tour guides ever. His knowledge and experience are incredible as he takes us on a walking tour of the 9/11 Memorial. Every part of the walking tour took us to places that would have been easily missed if not for Kevin. There are points of interest that are incredibly important and have significant meaning that Kevin brought to life in a respectful and professional manner. You will not be disappointed if Kevin is your tour guide.
