Eugenio led us on a fantastic tour of the city. He was easy to communicate with to coordinate the meeting spot and gave both historic and insider perspectives into the city. We had just landed in Santiago the morning our tour and he gave an all around a great introduction - helped us bypass our jet lag!

The tour was perfect thanks to the well thought out duration (neither too long nor too short), the relevance of the circuit and above all the professionalism and friendliness of the guide Eugénio who knew how to make this experience most pleasant and striking.

Eugene was friendly and welcoming as soon as we arrived. We had a diverse group of different nationalities and ages. We visited lots of sites around the city and made time for coffee and bathroom stops. I learnt a lot about the city and it was a pleasure to be shown around. Thank you Eugene for an excellent introduction to Santiago.

Eugene sent me a wonderful WhatsApp on the morning of the tour with details of the meeting point with photos. He was an excellent guide: great English, knowledgeable, patient, passionate about the city, and caring (he kept making sure we were all with him). He made sure we had water and a toilet break, and we stopped at a cafe and ended the tour in a an area with lots of restaurants and bars so we could have lunch. Highly recommend.
