Tickets did not scan on the printed tickets and the app app

5.00My main issue was I printed out the tickets and they did not work they were printed out on A4 paper they would not work with the scanners, several tried. with us being in a partie with myself and the others in the group being disabled we/I panicked even the tickets on my phone app did not scan I was quite worried that we had been scammed as I had not used your company before.

4.00We had a fab time at the concert, well worth the visit BUT BEWARE - our Viator tickets did not scan at the gate so we had to go to the ticket office across the road where there was quite a long queue of people all with ticket issues. It took so long to resolve that we missed the first song and didn't have time to have a leisurely drink - we were very hot and bothered by the time we sat down, which somewhat put a dampner of the evening.
