We can highly recommend LUX for a journey through Cambodia and Vietnam. Our contact Quynh Trang did an excellent job. It all started with planning and responding to our personal wishes on site. We visited Siem Reap, Hanoi, Saigon, the Mekong Delta and Phu Quoc. A stay in Hoi An, Hue, Danang had to be cancelled at short notice due to the flood and fear of another typhoon and another destination had to be found. Here, a good tour guide was particularly evident. We had contact via WhatsApp, were also able to get answers in the evening and on weekends and were always advised very professionally in German. All hotels on site were perfectly chosen for location and comfort. All tour guides and drivers were friendly and knew their trade. From planning to payment to travel, everything is perfect. We booked the trip as a couple only with driver and guide and can only recommend this to anyone. So we have memories of a special journey with insights into the country and people. Everyone should know in advance that such a trip is not comparable to a cruise. The countries are poor, sometimes it gets loud, exhausting and for us unusually chaotic on the streets. You come back grounded and full of positive impressions and maybe more grateful. Our special thanks go to our guide Quynh Trang!

An unforgettable journey. We planned this trip from North to South Vietnam over a longer period of time. The absolutely experienced Le has adapted our wishes here again and again, she was very patient and in a very good German she made suggestions and changed again and again exactly according to our wishes. So Le visited us in Hanoi himself to get to know us personally. She is very knowledgeable and gracious and always tried to remind us via Whats app that we did not miss a tour and coordinated the time with us again and again. Various tour guides and a tour guide accompanied us 4 on this trip. Everything went according to plan, then the flood came and right in Hoi An we experienced so much warmth, although the people should have taken better care of themselves, as they lost their belongings in the flood. Everything was done for the tourists what is possible, already grasps unimaginable for us. We experienced a lot of culture, warm people, tasted the most delicious food, tasted interesting food. We saw how fluent and frugal the Vietnamese are. In the middle of Hanoi we had moved into the same hotel twice and it was impressive how life passed us by. We experienced the vibrant real life in Hanoi through a jeep tour and on foot with Thao, he took us to bold places, shows us the reality. We just sat down on the side of the road to watch the hustle and bustle. There were street musicians, we tried everything, whether drinks or food, we were never disappointed. There are so many nationalities mixing that it makes the whole thing interesting and exciting. With a Sim card (available in the hotels for little money) we were constantly online, didn't get lost either. ATMs were also within walking distance everywhere. Of course, it is also an experience to deal with these horns, noise, smells. We stayed in Phulong, Ninh Bing, Hoi An, Da Nang, Saigon. There's so much to tell. We were only there a week ago and we haven't processed everything, the many impressions. We have seen breathtaking things, and also had experiences that made us sad how hard people have to work. In Hoi An we found the tailor Nga 328 tailor just outside the hustle and bustle on the recommendation of the hotel and this tour company, right next door was a great restaurant. So we had a lot of things tailored from one day to the next and were flashed how fast everything happened without having to act. It was also a culinary experience, Le had always booked appealing restaurants for ins in the tour. Saigon overwhelmed us a bit in the big city, because the cars were already driving faster on the roads and you could not cross the road slowly, as in Hanoi, already a little differently. The huge covered market in the middle of Saigon, this narrowness, this diversity, this action, crazy for us, you have to have seen it and also traded with it. You have to worry, there is actually quite a lot of rain in time, the right clothes and shoes are important here. We knew that before. We paid for the trip to Vietnam in advance, so everything reputable. We were 7 years ago about this travel company but only 3 days in North East Vietnam and we wanted to go again. It was exhausting as we saw a lot and yet a special experience. I'm sure I'll see you again. 4 friends from Saxony-Anhalt Germany

From start to finish, working with Lux Travel DMC Asia was an absolute pleasure. I had the privilege of planning our Halong Bay experience with Ms. Hoang Yen, and I can’t say enough about her professionalism, patience, and dedication. Ms. Hoang Yen worked closely with me to create a completely tailor-made itinerary. We explored many different options together until we finally settled on a private guided tour to Halong Bay via a luxurious Dcar limousine, complete with our own English-speaking guide. The highlight of our trip was a chartered scenic flight over Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay — an unforgettable experience that gave us breathtaking views and memories we’ll cherish forever. Every detail was perfectly arranged, and everything ran seamlessly on the day. Lux Travel DMC and Ms. Hoang Yen went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly as I envisioned — and it truly exceeded my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend Lux Travel DMC Asia and Ms. Hoang Yen to anyone looking for a personalized, first-class travel experience in Vietnam. Thank you for making our day so special!

An excellent stay of 12 days in Vietnam. All went very well: drivers and guides always on time. We have booked it only one month before departure and Everything was well organized. 4 excellent guides speaking very good French in the 4 areas. Private tours in dedicated areas with less tourists. And Mrs Nguyen was always connected to answer quickly to our questions. We recommend this travel agency.

Our Vietnam trip in September We spent two unforgettable weeks in Vietnam – perfectly organized by Travel Local. Our contact Hoa was by our side from start to finish: extremely competent, warm, reliable and always available. Even before the trip and also on the way, communication with her via WhatsApp was very straightforward. Our route took us from Hanoi via Hoi An to Saigon. Highlights included an overnight stay on a small cruise in Halong Bay, a trip to the Mekong Delta, and the impressive Cu Chi Tunnels, which provide an impressive insight into the country's history. We were also particularly impressed by the charming old town of Hoi An with its lanterns, a food tour by moped and two bike tours, which were a lot of fun and brought us very close to the land and people. We travelled as a family with three adult sons (20, 22 and 24 years old). Transfers and excursions were excellently organized: We had a large, comfortable bus with Wi-Fi, which made travelling very enjoyable. Also the selected hotels were consistently of very good quality. The German speaking tour guides on the way were experienced, competent and punctual. It was particularly exciting for us to experience the differences between North and South Vietnam – personally, we found the North even more pristine and fascinating. We would like to thank Travel Local for the excellent organization and especially Hoa for making our trip very special. We can fully recommend them and Travel Local!

This was our first trip in Vietnam. Everything was very well organised by Yen at Lux travel. Any query or problem before and during our trip was swiftly followed-up. Our guide Mr Cuong was very helpful, we learned a lot about this beautiful country. The boat trip to Halong Bay was also memorable. Highly recommended.
