An epic day trip from Rome to the archaeological site of Pompeii and the picturesque Amalfi Coast, both UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Enjoy a private group trip in an air-conditioned minivan with an assistant. The first stop is Pompeii: our official guide will accompany you to visit the main areas, such as the Macellum, the Baths, the meeting places of the Romans and the homes of the wealthiest citizens, to learn about their habits and customs. After Pompeii, we will head to Positano, an ancient seaside village.
Stop for lunch, sightseeing, shopping and relaxation.
The trip continues with a visit to Amalfi or one of the other pearls of the Amalfi Coast, such as Maiori or Vietri sul Mare, where you can taste the famous local liqueur "Limoncello" and their delicious sweets. Continuing, we will return to Rome bringing with you images and scenarios that you will remember forever.

5.00WOW! What a great experience! Roberto was our driver and Elizabeth was our guide for the day. They picked us up outside our hotel at 6:45am and my family and I were treated like VIPs as we drove to Pompeii and were greeted at the entrance by our private tour guide Romolo (sp?). Romolo was OUTSTANDING! I mean truly, this guy was the best tour guide in the history of all tour guides. Trust me on that. He was truly incredible! After the private Pompeii tour we were off to Positano. During the ride there Elizabeth asked if we had lunch plans. We said that we did not so she made us a lunch reservation at the best restaurant in Positano that was right on the beach. Food and Views were unbeatable! After lunch we were off to the Amalfi coast. Once again, Elizabeth provided us with another experience and she scheduled a limoncello tasting for us in Amalfi. The views during the drive were outstanding and Roberto was an excellent driver. I would highly recommend this tour (and Roberto and Elizabeth and ROMOLO). EXCELLENT!!

5.00We had a great time. Our tour guides were extremely helpful and informative answering all our questions. Although it was a long day (13 hours) it fit in with our plans perfectly since we only had 1 day to see both Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast.
