What To Expect
Tama Sushi, famous for its delicious sushi, has been serving customers since 1924. In this private class, learn the secrets to their success from real professional chefs in the restaurant itself. Head over to Tokyo’s historic district Asakusa and put on your white chef hat for a private lesson from them! Learn all about making sushi from selecting the ingredients to the slicing of the fish with the help of real experts. After you’ve finished, enjoy your homemade meal with some fresh wasabi ground from the root and try some sushi made by your teacher to compare your skills to. In addition to the chef’s rolled omelet sushi, you can even take home a special ukiyo-e coaster as a souvenir and a certificate of completion for the course.
