Very relaxed Tour with friendly driver (Jaime), who never pushed us to be fast. So we could fully enjoy the Highlights, as hotwater Beach and the cove, including hiking. He gave us nice explantions and insights into the history of the Region. We always got water and food from him, whenever needed. Very good experience!

We had an amazing tour today to Cathedral Cove and Hot Water Beach! The weather couldn’t have been more perfect — a gorgeous day for some fun in the sun. The walk down to Cathedral Cove was beautiful, and seeing in real life the screensaver I’ve had on my work computer for years was absolutely surreal! Jamie was a fantastic guide — super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the day. The provided lunch after our visit to Cathedral Cove was delicious and a great recharge before heading to Hot Water Beach. Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish. Highly recommend! 🌞🌊🌿

The tour is really cool. The guide take care everyone so well. The experience is outstanding but a bit tiring since we have to walk a lot. However, the experience is worth.

I had really amazing experience with my tour. We walked to Cathedral Cove and back and had about 1h 10 minutes at the beach, which was enough time to explore ja take pictures because we didn’t go swimming. Even at high tide time we were able to walk through the cave to another beach. After that we had lunch in Hahei. Hot Water Beach was also amazing and we were digging sand and foud the hot water! We had so much fun and it was a dream come true trip for us.

Jaime was a fantastic guide. The pick up was smooth, he was so knowledgeable about everything and even gave us some suggestions of other things to do while in Auckland. The tour started off with Cathedral cove which was amazing. The walk down is okay, there are some steep uphill areas, but the views and beach are worth it. You can take the water taxi back if you don’t want to do the hike ($40) or just hike back, but give yourself enough time as it does get tiring. Lunch was great and he gave us water throughout. Next we went to Coromandel with the heated pools on the beach. It was such an incredible experience. We stopped off at some look out points on the way back. Overall a long day but so worth it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had an awesome day at Cathedral Cove! Such a beautiful spot and super chill vibes. Our driver and guide Jaime was amazing — really friendly, easygoing, and full of great info. Totally recommend this tour!
