Mutianyu Great Wall is located in Mutianyu Village, Bohai Town, Huairou District, Beijing, China, it's about 70 kms away from downtown of Beijing and takes about 1.5 hours drive to there. Mutianyu Great Wall is one of the best-preserved and longest sections of the Ming Dynasty's Great Wall that still exist, with a total length of 5,400 meters. It well embodies the ancient charm of the Great Wall and has profound historical and high cultural value. Mutianyu Great Wall winds through the high mountains and deep valleys, offering a wide view and breathtaking scenery. While strolling along the Great Wall, you can fully enjoy the undulating mountains and dense forests, and feel the grandeur of nature and the ancient beauty of the Great Wall. Compared with the Badaling Great Wall, the Mutianyu Great Wall has relatively fewer visitors. Our Great Wall trip was perfectly planned and tailored to our interests, thanks to Linda.
