5.00If you're taking this tour, plan to sweat - plenty of water will be provided, but consider workout clothes as your uniform of the day. You should also consider bringing a change of clothes for the ride back to your hotel/lodging. The climb to the shrine is not a walk in the park. Forewarned is forearmed. This is a fantastic tour! One of the best features of this tour is that it's PRIVATE. You can mix, match and/or delete aspects of the tour you are not interested in. You pay for the privilege, but it is worth it!
Breath-taking Tour Through Ninh Binh Mountains and River

5.00This was a first-class tour led by our fabulous guide, Po. We ere picked up at our hotel in Hanoi and transported to the Ninh Binh area in a very comfortable van with large reclining seats. The first stop was to climb a small mountain for a panoramic review of the entre area. Next was a bike ride through a rural valley with a stop at a villager's home to have tea in the living room of a local family. After a large family-style lunch at a local restaurant was a boat ride through a valley surrounded by Ha Long Bay type mountains and through several caves. Our guide was fluent in English and was very informative as to the local culture, customs, and history. Our family highly recommends this tour.

5.00This was the highlight of our Vietnam trip. Hanh was our guide for the day, and if you can request her, I would recommend it as she is FANTASTIC! The day was perfect and as outlined. I looked at all the tours and went with this option; it was the right choice for a private tour.
