7:50 - 8:45 AM: Hotel pick-up in Hanoi Old Quarter or meeting point. Depart for Ha Long Bay on the new expressway, enjoying the scenic route. Note: If staying in Ninh Binh, Sapa, or near the airport, please inform us in advance. 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM: Arrive at Halong Bay. Board the cruise, receive a welcome drink, and enjoy a scenic journey with a Vietnamese lunch (vegetarian options available). 2:00 - 5:00 PM: Explore a beautiful cave with ancient stalactites, then relax at a crescent-shaped island with clear waters, ideal for swimming. 5:00 - 8:30 PM: Return to the cruise, unwind on the sundeck, watch a stunning sunset, and participate in a cooking class. 7:00 - 8:00 AM: Wake up early for a sunrise view and morning exercises. Enjoy tea or coffee with a light breakfast. 7:40 - 12:00 PM: Kayak or take a bamboo boat ride to explore the bay’s islands. Relax back on the cruise with cocktails, sunbathing, and lunch before returning to the harbor. 11:30 - 12:00 PM: Disembark and travel to Cat Ba Island via scenic Lan Ha Bay, known as the “forgotten paradise.” Afternoon: Trek in Cat Ba National Park and visit Trung Trang Cave, once a wartime hospital. Cat Ba National Park is home to the critically endangered Cat Ba langur, found only in this area. Note: If you prefer to skip the trek, please inform us before booking. 4:00 - 5:00 PM: Check in to your hotel on Cat Ba Island. Relax, swim at Cat Ba Beach, or explore the town.

    I had a wonderful time, cruise was great and crew so helpful. Food was very good on board. However there are a lot of other boats and the waters are crowded. I then went on to CatBa which was wonderful freaking and seeing the caves. However the main town is a big construction site and the harbour has been taken away for new buildings. Disappointing not to know this. I would have chosen a different hotel.

    On 2nd of october we contacted bcfamiliytour via WhatsApp for a holiday that started on the 5th of october which was very spontanous. They created a great holiday plan for us, including trips like lan ha bay boat tour, ninh binh day tour, cat ba island half day tour and sapa. Sometimes it was only transfer, sometimes it was accomodation but the organisation and communication was always very easy. Things we wanted to organize on our own they let us do and all questions were answered immediately. Once we lost a mobile phone in a taxi they organized for us and they helped us within 2min to reach the driver and git the phone back immediately. Prices were completely compareable and often even lower than with other tour operators. They always offered several options for different price segments which made it easy to decide. All in all great experience and we would always recommend contacting and booking via bcfamilytour. Thanks again 👌

    We were a group of 16 people taking part in a 3-day, 2-night cruise to Ha Long Bay and Cát Bà Island, including Lan Ha Bay and a hike in Cát Bà National Park, where we also discovered the history of the Vietnam War. Initially, we planned to start from Hanoi, but we finally decided to leave from Ninh Binh... Daisy, Sam and their team have organized everything very professionally — in our opinion, it is the most professional organization among the hundreds of tours we have participated in in Vietnam, Laos, Thailand, Singapore and Malaysia.... Ha Long Bay is beautiful, a true paradise. Next time, we’d like to discover Bai Tu Long Bay, as Sam told us it’s even more beautiful and unspoilt than Ha Long Bay. We will recommend the 3-day Ha Long Bay cruise to our family and friends, and we will also book other Vietnam tours with you. Thank you very much!

    Our family had the most amazing 3-day Halong Bay & Cat Ba Island tour — honestly the best experience we’ve ever had in Vietnam and even Southeast Asia. Daisy, Sam, Luxia, Anh, Khan and many others whose names we can’t remember took such good care of us, offering professional service and support the whole way "-". The tour was not only very affordable but also packed with activities. We cruised through the breathtaking Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay, explored Cat Ba Island and its national park, learned about Vietnam’s war history, and visited incredible million-year-old caves........! Our tour guide, Victor, was incredibly enthusiastic, friendly, and knowledgeable about each destination. He shared fascinating insights about the local culture and history, and always made sure everyone felt safe, comfortable, and well cared for—just like traveling with a good friend. We also want to express our heartfelt thanks to Sam and Daisy, the local travel experts who supported us throughout the entire journey. From planning the itinerary and arranging transportation to answering every little question, they ensured everything went smoothly.     We were amazed by the uniqueness of this 3-day cruise. Unlike other tours we saw online, this one took us to world heritage sites and remote parts of Cat Ba Island. The boat staff and guides were outstanding, and the food was the best we had in Vietnam. The trek in the national park was a highlight — we got lucky and spotted a rare monkey! Highly recommend booking with bcfamilytour

    The 3-Day tour of Halong Paradise, Lan Ha Bay, and Cat Ba Island was a dream come true for our family. The stunning landscapes and thrilling activities like kayaking and visiting caves really made this trip stand out. We also loved the cooking class on the boat—it was fun and educational for both adults and kids. Kudos to Sam, Daisy, Khang, Mih... for such a well-organized trip. We spent a lot of time researching tours, and all of them looked the same. Luckily, we found this unique itinerary, which turned out to be far better than our expectations. This was our second time in Halong, and it gave us a totally new and exciting experience. The staff on board were kind and professional, the food was delicious, the tour guide was knowledgeable, and the Cat Ba National Park trek was unforgettable.
