Perfect trip, I traveled from Hanoi airport to Halong bay. Driver was waiting for me at the place discussed earlier. Car was new and clean, driver was very polite, water was provided. The roads are also good, no vibrations. Cannot recommend enough!

A great and relaxing option to return from Halong Bay to Hanoi. It is barely more money than a taxi and so much for comfortable. Highly recommended!

We had booked a long transfer, from Sapa to Halong bay cruise terminal in a VIP van on a special day: 01/01/2024 , pick-up at 4:00am, arrival at 11:00am. We received all information in advance (driver, vehicle, mobile number). The trip went perfect, all on time, our driver, Mr Minh, was very professionnal, helpful and friendly! Big thanks! 5 stars!

We were picked up from Halong Bay and transferred to Cat Bi airport. Our driver was waiting when our boat returned after confirming the pick up time by text that morning. Many people were left waiting for buses. We really appreciated our driver being on time.
