5.00Exceptionally well organised - down to small bags for jewellery, security for your belongings, your name on a transparent pocket on the jumpsuit, given water at the end (nerves make for a dry mouth!). Exceptional also on safety - all gear was checked multiple times by different people including putting cable ties on pieces of your harness so mechanisms couldn’t be tampered with. Felt very safe and secure. Nassim was excellent, picking up on different people’s level of nerves and adjusting his approach accordingly. Clearly loves his job and you can tell that the whole team are great working together.

The City Climb experience is just exceptional: guaranteed thrills and perfect organization. It is truly a unique moment that mixes adrenaline and wonder. 5.00Incredible experience very, very highly recommended. Our guide was Vanessa who was amazing - we are scared of heights but she bought so much fun and energy to the start of the experience we felt at ease. All of your equipment goes through multiple rounds of testing and all staff are great. Most said they have been there for 2-3+ years and love it which again puts you at ease if you’re nervous. On the upper deck it is nerve-racking but Vanessa switched gears and was super at meeting everyone at their level to make sure we all got the most out of our experience at our own pace. 10/10 for the experience. 1000/10 for the people.

5.00Great experience with my 3 daughters who were nervous and apprehensive about this challenge. Natasa our host / guide was excellent. Putting everyone at ease and taking time to reassure and support everyone from the very start to the very end and supported by a great team who ensured all our safety. Hardest part was the climb to the summit but then 💥. Views and adrenaline rush kicked in. Despite all the nerves on the way up this all took over and kicked in and we had a fantastic experience. 100% worth seeing NYC from this perspective.
