5.00Great service and very friendly. Everyone spoke English and we used the tour for 72 hours. Didn’t stop a lot but explored on foot and even limited walking to train stations for other trips. For folks complaining about the guide informations and timing of the buildings, the driver can’t know when they will hit a red light so have some understanding…

5.00This is ideal if you want to see the sights in Milan at your own pace. I bought the 48 hour ticket and it meant we were able to visit the San Siro stadium, albeit via a few different routes, on the first day and then take in the other sites on the second day. The buses run regularly and state last departure times but don’t rely on this as your only means of getting back to a starting point or particular area. Have a back up plan that will get you home such as the Metro/Tram.

3.00We are walkers and walked the entire route in about a day. With the exception of the green route. The audio never matched up with the sites. Usually begin a new city with a hop on and off. Not one of the better ones.

3.00Bus seats are not conducive to taller/larger riders. Audio presentation is mainly music and minimal pre-recordered information. This is not so much a tour as just a bus ride service. It’s fine if you realize that walking in. The upper deck is covered but has a low roof. I am 5 foot 11, not overly tall and I hit my head repeatedly.
