1.00Your never happened and it seems because of Viator fault. Very disappointing considering that we had only 2 days in Rome. Unprofessional and bad customer service from Viator side.

2.00We took the 2.5 tour to the colosseum with Gladiator tours. The tour started 45 minutes late. The reception was not professional. The guide (Karin) didn't provide enough information, mostly trivial facts that any one can read in the internet.

1.00Elaine did an excellent job on the palatine Hill. Colosseum was very short and not worth the money! I had toured the colosseum previously and was disappointed with this guide. I could have done the tour better!
