I have 5 stars because the experience of being there was great. Was a little pricey and couldn't understand the tour guide very well. The headset kept going out. Because it was the 5pm tour, we had to come back the next day to see the other places on the ticket. We didn't know that at the time and didn't have time to come back the next day.

Our tour guide Giovanna was great! She did a great job in keeping us out of the sun and cool, and explained the history very well and had many accompanying photos. I think personally I would have been better off just booking tickets and not a tour, so only do this if you’re into a lot of history and have the time for the tour, otherwise you can see the colosseum in 30 mins. Our actual tour started about half an hour after the tour time. She was great in telling us spots to take pictures and gave us the option of the steps or elevator. We also got tickets for other sights with this tour but we didn’t end up going because you can see it from the street.
