A valid ID is required for everyone to enter. Nicknames, missing names, or incorrect first or last names are not accepted by Colosseum guards. Feel free to contact us if you need any assistance with this.
For minors, the age must be 17 or younger on the day of the activity
The entrance tickets to the Colosseum cannot be changed or refunded
Each traveler must show a valid ID matching the booking name for entry. Without ID, entry is not guaranteed
Please show up at least 15 minutes before the tour to do the check in

If you booked the audio guide option, please download the app in advance using Wi-Fi. Once downloaded, it works offline. Earphones are not provided – please bring your own, compatible with your smartphones. Note that older phones may not support the app properly. For bookings after 4:00 PM, you may not have enough time to visit the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. You can either arrive earlier or visit the Roman Forum the next day.

Colosseum
Enter the Colosseum accompanied by your guide and friendly small group. Visit the firsts two rings of the monument. From these spots, admire the stage where gladiators fought and the dungeons where they awaited their faith.
Palatine Hill
Enjoy Palatine Hill, where you will visit Villas of Emperors such as Tiberio's Palace as well as beautiful panorama of Rome from the terrace on the top of the hill.

5.00Excellent tour - so pleased we did this! It was so great to have the tour guide include the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill, in addition to the Colosseum (rather than do those parts by yourself). Our guide, Andriy, was super informative, was mindful of everyone in the group and had a wonderful sense of humour (the type of dry wit that Australians tend to enjoy!) Highly recommend.

1.00Audio guide did not work. Even with replacement QR code. Also be careful as despite online showing a tour itinerary online and audio guide option saying self paced and you set the pace you don’t. You will receive a text the night before to say you will start at forum and also you have a time for the colosseum so you are very much under a time limit. Be careful also that your ticket is only entry so you do still have to wait in the overall large queue to enter. Disappointed in our service overall not clear with what is online.
