Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
Arrive at the entrance of Colosseum 15 minutes before time. The entrance will be Invalid after 15 Minutes of travel time
You must follow the queue for security check although you have bought the priority access
If you book the last Colosseum entry slot of the day, you won’t have time to visit the Forum or Palatine afterwards — they will already be closed. That means you’ll need to visit the Forum and Palatine either before your Colosseum time slot, or the next day, as long as it’s within 24 hours of when you first entered one of the sites.
The visit may begin either at the first entrance of the Colosseum or at the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill.

1.00This tour was a total scam. The listing said they typically send the ticket through Viator messenger or email, but that never happened. Instead, I had to go searching for their office, which turned out to be up a hill from the Colosseum. When I finally found it, the guy just went on the government website, bought the regular ticket for about half of what I paid, printed it, and then gave me access to some random app for the audio guide. The whole thing took 30+ minutes, which meant I missed with my family. To make it worse, the app didn’t even work when I was on the tour. When I went back to show him, it worked inconsistently and he refused to give me any kind of refund. I’d avoid this company completely. Save yourself the money and just buy the ticket directly from the official site.
