A valid ID is required for everyone to enter. Nicknames, missing names, or incorrect first or last names are not accepted by Colosseum guards. For minors, the age must be 17 or younger on the day of the activity
The entrance tickets to the Colosseum cannot be changed or refunded

If you booked the audio guide option, please download the app in advance using Wi-Fi. Once downloaded, it works offline. Earphones are not provided – please bring your own, compatible with your smartphones. Note that older phones may not support the app properly. For bookings after 4:00 PM, you may not have enough time to visit the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. You can either arrive earlier or visit the Roman Forum the next day.

5.00A shout out to Mircea Marciu from Italy Wonders for a fantastic tour. He was not only kind and funny, but passionate about teaching the knowledge of Roman Forum, palantine hill and the Colossium. I wish I had him as my kids history teacher when they were in middle and high school! Well worth the money and could of listened to him for hours!!

1.00Meering point was not clear and we were 1 minute late , nobody tried to contact me , they all just left promptly at 11:30 without us . They did manage to book us on a later shorter tour which we took , it was ok but really though it's better just to get a entry ticket and move around by yourself .

5.00Our tour guide Andre was amazing. Gave a great narratives of the history of Rome. He as very attentive of the needs of the group and didn’t try to rush us at all. He noticed if people were getting too hot and would move to a shaded area. His story telling was amazing.

2.00The tour guide was good and very knowledgeable. If I were rating him alone, I would give a much higher rating. However, not much time was spent in the Colosseum, perhaps because the time of the tour was moved several times without any choice on the part of the person who paid for it. The second time that the commencement time was moved, the new commencement time was simply included in the reminder e-mail with no previous notice or confirmation of the second change of time so it would have been easy to miss. The tour was just under two hours, not the full two and a half as advertised, and it felt a rushed perhaps because of the change in time to later in the afternoon close to closing of the Colosseum and Roman Forum. The access into the area of the Palatine Hill had already been closed by the time we arrived. It was not a very favorable experience, and I will not be booking a tour with Viator again.

3.00The representative was on time in the meeting point, he was polite and friendly , app is OK and information is not boring ,but sometimes is not correct. What was not good- the company changed plan of the excursion and did not informed us. We expected to start day with Colossium and after that to go in Forum on free schedule. Unfortunately our plans were broken. The meeting was set for 11 am and we received tickets in Colossium for 12:40. Provider gave us very short time for Forum. As a result of this change in plan we did not have enough possibilities to study history of Forum. The promise about Skip-of-the line was not performed: everywhere we stand in common lines .
