The complete travel package was purchased, but the service was not provided, because according to the guide the cathedral would be closed on the contracted day. The guide, without any identification, about the tourist service, knew nothing about the locomotion within the city and about the services themselves acquired by the group. Problems in communication between the guide and the chef to bypass the problem, without a solution, finishing the tour without the visit to the cathedral and the River Sena Cruise, having the group to cost the metro passes, although the whole tour had already been paid. I request refund.

It was a terrible experience. I took the tour with 2 other friends. The tour had already started stressfully, as the guide was not properly identified at the station in Paris and my group lost about an hour to locate him. The purchased tour included the entrance to the Louvre Museum, Notre Dame, Sena Cruise and Eiffel Tower, but we simply did not visit Notre Dame and Sena Cruise. In the middle of the tour the guide informed that the cathedral would be closed and in relation to the Sena walk any justification was presented. We had to return to Paris Gare du Nord station by subway, paying the ticket at our expense, as the guide claimed that there was no way to buy. It is worth noting that the purchased ride predicted that the driver would pick us up at the station and take us back to the station, at the end of the ride. In view of all that has happened, I ask the company to reimburse the amount corresponding to the service not provided, which is: Notre Dame, Sena Cruise and return shuttle to Paris Gare du Nord station. I await a return.

It was a very full day more for younger than seniors, lots of walking and stairs over 16 hours. But the guide we had was excellent and catered for our needs whenever he could. The facilities we visited were less accommodating for seniors.

The actual tour guides, the people who are with you, are the only thing positive about the experience. Please check independent reviews about Viator, not just these reviews. There is no customer service - they don't care if you miss an experience whether it's due to other people on the tour, or trains, or anything. You are on your own. You might as well just book the tickets yourself. They charge premium prices and the customer gets group rate experiences.

This trip needs to be refined a bit. Instructions said to be at the train station at 5:15am, we were all there but the rep from the company. When we arrived in Paris, we were met on time but narration of the ride to Notre Dame could have been a bit more interesting and informative. We did get to all destinations but were dropped off at the station at 5pm while our train back was not until 8:20pm. They could have driven us around the city some more, perhaps to see the Triumph Arc?
