What To Expect
Arlington National Cemetery
Visit some of the most significant grave sites in Arlington National Cemetery. It's the perfect way to get a comprehensive overview of the remarkable site in just a few minutes. Mandatory to enter the National cemetery. ALL TRAVELERS MUST BRING PASSPORT. (ALL US) RESIDENTS MUST BRING STATE ID OR DRIVER LICENSE.
National Mall
The long, grassy National Mall is home to iconic monuments including the Lincoln Memorial and the Washington Monument. At the eastern end is the domed U.S. Capitol, and the White House is to the north. It's also flanked by Smithsonian museums, and its lawns and pathways are often crowded with school groups, joggers and softball teams. Nearby, the Tidal Basin reservoir is known for its blossoming cherry trees. You will have some time on your won to have lunch.

5.00Fabulous trip! Easy pick up, comfortable air con bus, comfort stops, smooth ride. Commentary was very informative with Juanita and we saw all the sights, leaving 1.5 hrs at the end for your time which she gave lots of helpful recommendations about. Journey back equally smooth and dropped in Times Square at night was a bonus. All in all - hugely enjoyable. My biggest fear was that the bus would be hot and uncomfortable and that we would be herded around like sheep, counted on and off constantly. Pleased to say that no fears came true!

5.00Our family of 3 took a one-day bus tour from New York to Washington. The conditions on the bus were excellent: comfortable seats, well-functioning air conditioning, despite the unusual heat at the end of June. We were also lucky with the tour guide Agustin. He conducted the tour in two languages at the same time, English and Spanish, since there were tourists from Spain, Italy and other countries on the bus. There were 51 people in total. Agustin conducted the tour with enthusiasm, gave a lot of useful information, constantly asked if anyone had questions and was concerned about our comfort. Our family was very pleased with the trip, which lasted about 15 hours. Of course, we were tired, but we did not regret it at all. We remember this trip with gratitude and recommend it to everyone.
