5.00It's a long day but well worth it. Bigs groups, not ideal. Guide did her best to account for everyone, bit hard to hear at times with such a large group (60+ people)

5.00Our guide, Olga, was amazing and very informative. She did a great job leading our group through all of the stops and making sure we were all accounted for. The views up at Jungfraujoch were breathtaking, until a storm rolled in. There was an Indian buffet at the top (as well as other options) and that really warmed our souls staring at the snow. As with most tours there is never enough time but being a 12 hour day it would be hard to extend this day any longer.

2.00The Eigar express was cancelled during the tour. Tour operator told as they will refund 120 CHE to us. We don’t get any information about the refund. Please let us know about the refund.

5.00What a great day. The various modes of transportation gave us unique views into the country and it's amazing scenery. It was very well organized and run. The Ice Cave was our favorite and on our "Must Do" list. The gondola, cog railway and train were amazing. Our guides were wonderful.
