5.00Two of us had to make a short trip to Auckland for an important appointment and had very limited time, catching flights back to Dunedin on the same day. An efficient airport transfer was therefore crucial, and traveling with a person over 90 years old made comfort and care even more important. Since I don’t travel to Auckland often, I didn’t have a preferred airport transfer provider or any recommendations from friends. We did our research online and booked HopinCabs for the return transfer, hoping for a smooth visit. Rahul was nothing short of amazing. He communicated promptly with all the pickup details, was extremely flexible, and monitored our flight. Since it arrived early, he was ready to pick us up immediately as we exited the airport. He was incredibly patient and kind, assisting our elderly companion with a wheelchair, helping her into and out of the car with care. Thank you, Rahul — your outstanding service made our visit to Auckland stress-free and much more pleasant.
