Tour guide spoke way too much. Only 1hr 45 min ride, rest standing and talking. Places we went were nice but guide talked so much, i was uninterested and would have left if i could. The tour went 45 mins over finish tome due to the talking :( on a bike tour i expected more riding than talking. Tour guide loved to talk alot about things not relevant to tour.

I highly recommend seeing Kyoto at night by bike. Juan was an excellent guide. He ensured I felt safe on the bike. Riding along the river, seeing the temples and shrines lit up were beautiful. I ended up being the only person on the tour. Thank you for not canceling as it was one of the highlights of my trip.

We enjoyed this unique tour. Guide is very friendly and knowledgeable. The only advice is to ensure you’re a fairly proficient bike rider. This is not the ride for first timers. I would recommend only taking the tour if you have a warmer night (over 45 degrees). We went on a night that got down to 35 degrees and windy so impacted our experience so should have factored that earlier ourselves.
