5.00We used Backstreet twice. Once in Tokyo and once in Kyoto. In Tokyo we had Rie. she took us around and we saw historical sites modern streets and even quiet neighborhoods where we could learn a lot about daily Japanese life. We highly recommend her In Kyoto Junko was really nice. Very knowledgeable; took us all around the city in one day. We saw a lot and she was eager to help us see everything in a packed day. We highly recommend her

5.00Great Tour Company. I inquired about a tour and got a response the very next day. As the tour date approached and I realized I needed to revise the tour itinerary, I sent an email and was told it wouldn't be a problem. Rie (our very capable, prompt, conscientious, professional and wonderful guide) did conatant at-the-moment adjustments to the tour the entire day. She was always giving us options and made our day perfect. She picked a great restaurant for lunch and was always pointing out local vendors. Thank you!
