Each vehicle includes a set luggage allowance. A flat £15 charge applies for reasonable excess luggage carried in the passenger compartment, subject to driver discretion and vehicle capacity limits.
Cruise pickups include 60 mins free waiting time from your scheduled pickup. If additional waiting is required, charges apply: £15 (0–15m), £20 (16–30m), £25 (31–45m), £30 (46–60m), £40 (61–90m).

What To Expect
Once a passenger has booked a journey from Dover Cruise Port to central London, We are first checking the Cruise name, disembarking dates and times to confirm the booking. On the day of transfer, our driver will hold passenger name board by the cruise disembarking gates. Dover has 2 terminals but we can identify the cruise terminal via your given cruise operator.

3.00We waited longer than normal for someone to show up, had to call twice, driver was parked in wrong area. Drove Al oat 2 hours without a word spoken. Did arrive safe, so am thankful for that.

3.00The driver knew exactly where he was going and was confident in getting us there - kudos. However, the car sent for 5 people and luggage after a 2 week cruise was ridiculous!
