Ruby met my husband and I for an early evening stroll around Hanoi’s best street food places. She took us into venues we would have been too nervous to try ourselves and was really patient with all our questions ! We both had awful jet lag so we were a bit quieter than normal but Ruby was gracious and gave us a great insight into Hanoi and Vietnamese street food. This was our first “withlocals” booking and it was great !
Hoa is the best! You cannot do better!

This was our 3rd city doing tours With Locals (Saigon, Siem Reap and now Hanoi). Hoa has perfect English, is personable, flexible, very pleasant, knowledgeable and very interesting. She could not have been better. We had 2 tours scheduled with her on the same day: Highlights & Hidden Gems and Hanoi After Dark. That day it was pouring rain so we re-grouped. We combined the 2 tours and shortened our time together a couple days later. We were happy that she (and we) could accommodate the change. We cannot say enough good things about Hoa. She made Hanoi come alive and had endless interesting stories.

Fully recommend Sung!!! Very good English speaking, lovely chap, knowledgeable and interesting. Sung took us round some great spots that we would otherwise never have seen nor visited. A very good pace, never rushed and always informative. Gave us real insight into Hanoi life as well as history and culture. Can 100% recommend Sung.

We absolutely enjoyed our night out with Jessica and her husband! It had been a crazy couple of days trying to accommodate to different travel styles and preferences of our fairly diverse travel group, so this 2-3 hour outing was an absolute breath of fresh air, literally. Jessica was very accommodating; tweaking our itinerary based on what we had or have not experienced in Hanoi, so we had the privilege of a knowledgeable local showing us the best of street food and awesome coffee in the most awesome of nooks. It was relaxing, enjoyable, and an absolute blast to spend time with them both. Would recommend in a heartbeat!
