Very comfortable golf cart tour through the streets of Rome. Our guide Ernesto was excellent- very friendly and knowledgeable of all the sights. Great tour!

This Company lacks the basics of customer service! On the day of our tour, many streets were closed and barricaded because of a marathon. As a result Luxurbe changed the meeting location. We took a taxi from our hotel with plenty of time however due to street closures the taxi was not able to get to the exact location provided, Map on my phone and directions provided resulted in us being in an incorrect location - 20 min from where the actual meeting place was! We tried numerous times to contact and ask for assistance and after 5-6 failed attempts someone finally answered but was less than helpful. We asked if we could meet the group along the way to not miss the entire tour and they refused. They also refused to let us rebook for another time/day.I Given the craziness of the day with the marathon etc I expected a little more understanding and assistance - other than Sorry you are out! We rebooked with BigaTours that afternoon and had a wonderful experience!

Not all the places described were shown to us. We didn’t see the pantheon and he pointed to the trevi fountain direction in the end.. and the noise was so loud- you could barely hear him if u are seated behind. Also didn’t really appreciate the humour

Dan Red, our tour guide was fabulous!! A Local so he knew all the spots to see the sights that weren’t crowded by tourists, took us to a delicious gelato place too! Great tour guide and is very knowledgeable

Today we were able to experience the three-hour city tour. Our driver Isaac really went out of his way to show us the highlights of Rome in an entertaining and competent way. We stopped frequently, and had a few minutes to take some photos. We were already in Rome for a day or two before and had the opportunity to see the city a bit. So we had already seen some of the highlights. But the opportunity to experience it so compactly and to get into small alleys with the Golf Caddy, downhill and uphill is something very special. We are also a bit disabled by now and appreciated it very much. We also approached two lookouts from where you had a wonderful view of the city. That's why we think it's much better than the big bus. Of course, it's also more expensive, but you only sit in the Golf Caddy with a few people.

Dan was our tour guide. I first need to say that LA DOLCE VITA took my reservation MONTHS ago and when they decided to "renovate" their website...there was ZERO notification given to me and the NIGHT BEFORE THIS TOUR i had to scramble to find a tour for us and LUXURBE was AMAZING at short notice bookings. Clear meet up point instructions were given & Dan the man was on time and very upbeat and friendly from the moment we met until it was time to say good bye. Very knowledgeable about all the attractions & even sang to us some of the way which I LOVED. Thank you for an unforgettable tour. May you have a successful journey wherever you go! Thank you.
