  Waka was the friendliest guide we ever had! She contacted us before our tour to make sure we knew where to meet, and she promptly met us at the meeting point. Before we started, she asked us about our interests and preferences for what we wanted to see and offered us suggestions to tailor the trip exactly to our needs! We were on a day trip to Kyoto from Tokyo, and this was the perfect way to spend our day. We saw so many beautiful and historic sites while learning so much via Waka's detailed explanations of each unique location.

  We had 4 hours to see the most important sites in Kyoto and he made it happen! Super knowledgeable, great english, got us in and out and onto the next site. He also took us to a few other off the beaten path spots for locals only.

  Our guide/driver, he did a wonderful job. He was knowledgeable, personable, attentive and an excellent driver. We enjoyed the itinerary and the ramen noodle restaurant that he took us to for lunch.

  Nokia was a great tour guide. Good English, very knowledgeable about Kyoto history and culture. Our driver was great, and the van was very luxurious. It was a little tricky finding the meeting spot (it's actually across the street from the train station next to Ibis hotel).

  This was a great way to see Kyoto. Our driver knew his way around town and was able to avoid waiting in traffic. Our guide accommodated our pace at the sites and took pictures of us. He hit the things we wanted to see, but also brought us to his favorite hidden gem. At the end, he had the driver drop us off in a part of town that had the kind of shopping and food we wanted to try. I was so glad we weren’t with a big bus tour! This felt very personal and comfortable.
