"We had a fantastic one-day tour of the Museum of Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses. Our guide, Daniel, was all we could hope for; he was there to meet us when the overnight train arrived; displayed an immense wealth of knowledge about the site; and was very pleasant and entertaining throughout the day. The tour guide was great (kind and competent), the site wonderful, the lunch good. On the other hand, the organization was pretty poor. In fact, in the train station we had to go on our own without any information about our ticket (train number, carriage and seat), because they told us that with our passport we would manage it. Otherwise, it was very difficult to find this information at the station and finding directions. Nobody speak English at the station and it could be very difficult for a tourist. So it would be more confortable if the tour operator had given us every information before, telephone Number of driver and tour guide as well.
