Mandy is very lovely, speaks excellent English. We had a tour of the local market and the vegetable fields. Then she brought us to her home where she taught us 4 authentic Vietnamese dishes . We enjoyed them with her as her daughters came home and back to school. It was a perfect experience.

There is so much I want to say. We did quite a few tours in Vietnam and all over the world; this one of the most authentic experiences. It was more than just a cooking class. I felt like I was part of her family. We talked over tea, visited the farm, cooked, laughed, and just enjoyed some amazing food. Don’t skip this.
