5.00Matteo was fantastic. There was an unexpected miscommunication of our change in flight that was not communicated to Matteo and his company. Anyhow, Matteo, found us another driver right on the spot, Paul, and he was fantastic and took us right to our hotel Promptly. Matteo, delivered unparalleled customer service that we don’t see very often in the US. Out first time here in Rome and I am thankful for the first experience being a successful transaction. Oh, on top of that, he provides you with a list of insider tips from best places Rome has to offer. So I would definitely choose Mia Limo again and would recommend to everyone visiting Rome!

He was incredibly professional, helped us with our luggage, and even went above and beyond by calling our Airbnb host for assistance when we had trouble getting into the building. Truly smooth, friendly, and reliable service — highly recommend for anyone traveling to Italy!
