We had a tour with Nicky — and absolutely loved it! Nicky is incredibly positive, kind, and attentive. The whole trip felt very comfortable and easy-going. During the bus rides she shared interesting stories and fun facts, which made the journey between locations enjoyable. At every stop we had plenty of time to explore without any rush. I genuinely recommend taking this tour — it was a wonderful experience!

Nicky was our tour guide for the day and we couldn’t have asked for a better person. She’s such a nice lady, very knowledgeable and with such a positive energy. We got to visit different castles and small towns, along the way we listened to different facts and stories about Scottish history. It was such a nice experience!!!

Jackie was a PHENOMENAL tour guide. She is FILLED to the brim with Scottish knowledge and history! I learned more on this one tour about Scottish history than I had through my own research. She was funny, lighthearted and gave us the best tips and tricks to navigate castles. We took three tours and Jackie was by far the best and most knowledgeable of guides. I am full of Scottish hisyory and knowledge, and am so grateful for this tour in this beautiful country.

Highland Explorer Tours Glasgow did a fantastic job taking us to different filming sites of Outlander seasons 1 & 2. We loved our tour guide, Nicky! She is incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the castles/towns on the tour and of Scotland in general. She also helped us out tremendously by pointing out the hidden film locations at each site. Highly recommend taking this tour if you’re an Outlander fan!

Nicky did an amazing job! We were late arriving for the tour due to traffic getting into Glasgow and she held the tour for us. We felt a o bad for being late and she was so welcoming and understanding. We loved learning more about the history of Scotland. Nicky made sure that we had plenty of time at all of our stops. She even had a couple of surprises for us. Overall it was a great tour and great way to spend our last day in Scotland.
